This product comes with additional features that cannot be found in other espresso machines such as the stainless steel frother, tamping tools and filters that make the first use an easy process.

As convenient as the featured equipment is the built in features in this system like the dual wall crema system and pre-brew function assist even the most inexperienced espresso brewer. The auto purge function adjusts the water temperature automatically for both the espresso brewing feature and the frothing features. The auto purge is also essential to avoid the product burning creating a café moka that is truly exceptional.

If espresso grind has you down and you can’t seem to get the perfect ratio of grind to put into the espresso machine fear not, this espresso machine features three bursts of hot water from the unique 15-bar triple prime pump that moistens the ground coffee for you.

What We Don't Love

With so much to love there are certainly features to this product that could be improved including the addition of a top or side grinder for espresso that would then make the espresso machine even easier to use. Even though this feature isn’t included, many sites will direct you to a grinder that will produce the best grind for the espresso you want. The Breville 800ESXL 15-Bar Triple-Priming Espresso Machine is also described as one of the noisier machines when compared to competing machines.

Even though it is noisy, the benefit of this machine offers a timer, so you can time the brew when you are in the shower or after your family members have awoken as to not disturb any sleeping patterns.

THE VERDICT

Best Suited For

This is a great product for those who are a beginner to intermediate espresso brewer because it is so easy to use and comes with the necessary equipment to get started making espresso right away.

The Breville is perfect for someone who wants to proudly display their machine on their counter or in the office.

Not So Great For

If you would prefer a product that brews more than two cups of espresso or comes with a grinder, this product is not compatible for either. It is, however quick to use making it easy to brew two or more cups with ease.

Not so great for anyone who MUST have an inbuilt grinder(which IS handy, we have to admit)

We love that the Breville 800 comes with so many easy to use features and equipment that makes a great cup of espresso as well as provides simple solutions with included programs to facilitate use.

This is truely a great espresso machine for all kinds of espresso lovers and will suit the majority of the customers who choose to use it. 4.5 out of 5 stars.
