How to Whitelist Homegrounds.co in Your Email

iPhone

  1. Open our email.
  2. Tap my name in the sender's line (Alex).
  3. Choose “Create New Contact”.
  4. Tap “Done” to save!

Android

  1. Open our email.
  2. Tap the name of the sender (Alex).
  3. Select "Add to contacts".
  4. Tap “Create new contact”.
  5. Tap "Save"!

Gmail

How to whitelist Home Grounds' email address after opening our email

  1. Open our email in your inbox.
  2. Hover over the sender's name, Alex, in the sender’s line.
  3. Click the “Add to Contacts” button to save me email in your contacts list.

How to whitelist Home Grounds' email address before opening our email

  1. Hover over the sender’s name (Alex) next to the subject line.
  2. Select “Add to contacts” to save to your Contacts list.

How to move our emails from the Promo tab to your Gmail Primary tab

  1. Drag one of our emails from your Promotions tab to your Primary tab.
  2. When asked, “Do this for future messages?” select “Yes”

Apple Mail

  1. Open our email in your inbox.
  2. Click on the sender’s name (Alex).
  3. Click “Add to Contacts” and you're good to go!

Microsoft Live/Outlook 365

  1. Open our email in your inbox.
  2. Click on the avatar or the name of the sender.
  3. Click "..." (More options).
  4. Select "Add to Contacts".
  5. Click the "Create" button and that's it!

Yahoo! Mail

  1. Open our email in your Yahoo! inbox.
  2. Hover over or click the sender's name and email address.
  3. Click “…” at the bottom left of the sender box.
  4. Choose “Add to contacts”.
  5. Add additional information.
  6. Click save and you're done!

AOL

  1. Open our email in your AOL inbox.
  2. Click on the sender's name and/or email address (al@homegrounds.co).
  3. Click "Add contact". 
  4. AOL Mail requires that you add a name. In my case, just add "Alex", or Home Grounds or Chief Coffee Snob or something -- your choice. 😉
  5. Click the "Add contact" button and you're done!
