Ingredients

  • 7 oz milk
  • 3/4 oz sugar-free chai tea concentrate (premium)
  • 2 oz espresso (hot)
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • ground cardamom or nutmeg (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Make the espresso

  2. Steam the milk

  3. Warm up the chai concentrate

  4. Pour the steamed milk into a mug, add the chai concentrate and the espresso

  5. Stir it all up with the cinnamon stick

Recipe Notes

You can also use non-sugar-free chai tea concentrate.

You can use a strong drip coffee instead of espresso, but espresso is recommended.
