  • 1 shot espresso or cold brew
  • 2 tsp chocolate powder (and more for garnish)
  • 1.5 tbsp coconut cream
  • Desiccated coconut (garnish)
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream

  1. Make the espresso a couple of hours early and chill it in the refrigerator. Another option for this is to use cold brew coffee or its concentrate

  2. Combine the two teaspoons of chocolate powder and the espresso

  3. Add in the coconut cream and blend it in

  4. Add the milk and the scoop of vanilla bean ice cream to all of the other ingredients

  5. Dust the desiccated coconut and chocolate powder across the top
